Design of the posts

• Solid design with 80 x 80 steel tube profile
• Standard system available in heights of 1,800 mm and  2,200 mm
• High stableness  because of a large, solid  base plate (220 x 80 mm)
• Post can be bolted to the floor with M10 or M12 gudgeon

Design of Suspension

• The patented distance piece in connection with the special screw at the post can be assembled easily without tools.
• Disassembly is only possible  with tools  (safety regulation according to DIN EN 953)
• Potential equalisation through “smart inner workings “ of the distance  piece
• Flexible adjustment with a tilting distance piece, infinitely variable within the range of -90° to + 90° (the exchange of the distance piece is carried out on site)

Design of safety fences

• Extremely high stiffness  of the safety fence is guaranteed by a welded frame construction with a special profile
• Frame optic with a 50 mm x 24 mm tube profile
• All screen bars are welded to the frame of the safety fence
• Successful symbiosis between weight and stiffness by fixing the fence on the inside of the frameworks of the special profiles
• Square notch; <  40 mm (optional < 30 mm possible)
• Special filling material instead of the wire mesh fence available on request
• Optional mounting of cable conduits possible
